1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the School Management System (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, staff, and any other party accessing the Service.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be a designated superadmin, admin, or staff member of a subscribed educational institution to use this Service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to school administration. You shall not:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Upload or transmit any data that you do not have the right to, or that infringes on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features of the Service is available only through a paid subscription. All fees are as described on the subscription page and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing with prior notice.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the School Management System, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
